Race the runner you were.
Your best run on a loop or a distance comes back as a ghost. See it on the map, hear whether you are ahead or behind, and beat it. Every personal best becomes your next ghost.
Running coach
Kadence plans your week, guides every session by voice and shows you a clear result after every run. Run, intervals, sprint or walk: you keep improving, with the least effort possible.
Coming soonHow it works
A first 5K, a faster 10K, a half or just running regularly. Your level, your days, the modes you like.
Pick Run, Intervals, Sprint or Walk. Kadence guides you with sounds, voice and vibrations, eyes on the road.
A clear result after every run. Miss a day or feel tired: your coach rebuilds the week around you.
Four modes
Each mode has its own screens, its own figures and its own colour. All four are free.
From the easy run to the long run.
30/30, 400 m or your own reps.
10 to 100 m, flat out.
Move every day, recover well.
Your coach
Your coach knows your target, your days and your last runs. Ask for a week, a loop from your door or the pace for your reps; ask what a tempo run is or why your shins hurt. It answers from 107 written running guides, and it proposes: you decide.
Inside Kadence
Your best run on a loop or a distance comes back as a ghost. See it on the map, hear whether you are ahead or behind, and beat it. Every personal best becomes your next ghost.
30/30 and 400 m in a cockpit that speaks: a beep at 200 m with your split, faster beeps over the last 50 m, then your lap time and whether it hit the target. On a track or on the road.
Missed a run, slept badly, legs heavy: your coach rebuilds the week around you, shows exactly what changes, and one tap undoes it.
After every session the result builds itself: the distance, your pace, the comparison with your last identical run, and the time spent in each heart zone. Share a picture of it in one tap.
Start on your phone and the watch follows; end it on your wrist and the phone ends too. Or run with the watch alone: the session lands in your history. Live pace, distance and heart rate on the wrist and the lock screen.

Your best run on a loop or a distance comes back as a ghost. You see it on the map, hear whether you are ahead or behind, and race it. Every personal best becomes your next ghost.
Yes. The 30/30 and 400 m cockpit announces every change with sounds, vibrations and, with Pro, your voice cues. On a 400 m you hear your 200 m split, faster beeps over the last 50 m, then your lap time and whether it hit the target.
No, your iPhone is enough. With an Apple Watch, Kadence reads your heart rate from Apple Health for your zones and maximum, and the Kadence watch app starts and ends sessions from your wrist.
Your coach plans your week, draws loops from your door, adapts the plan when you miss a run and answers your running questions from 107 written guides. If you allow it, it uses Gemini through Google Cloud to understand your message; otherwise it answers with Apple Intelligence on your iPhone, when available.
Your sessions, GPS traces, routes and coach conversations stay on your iPhone. Kadence reads Apple Health only with your permission. The coach sends a training summary to Gemini only if you allow it, never your GPS traces, name or email. No ads, no data sold.
Not yet. Kadence is coming to iPhone and Apple Watch first; the Android version will follow on Google Play.

Kadence is coming soon to the App Store, on iPhone and Apple Watch.
